Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 50% of the reserve price for each plot they wish to bid on. Only eligible individuals, firms, or institutions can participate. The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately, with the remaining amount payable as per the auction terms.
