AUCTION: Commercial, Residential Plots and Cafeteria in Regi Model Town Peshawar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites interested parties to participate in the auction of commercial and residential plots along with a cafeteria on lease basis in Regi Model Town, Peshawar. The auction will be held on 25th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the PDA Zone-IV office in Regi Model Town, Peshawar. This auction offers a valuable opportunity to acquire prime property on ownership and lease terms in a well-developed area of Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - Commercial Plot at Sub Sector B-III Zone-III, Regi Model Town, Peshawar (2.66 Kanals) with a reserve price of Rs. 260,000,000 and call deposit Rs. 13,000,000 - Commercial Plot at Sub Sector A-III Zone-IV, Regi Model Town, Peshawar (2 Kanals) with a reserve price of Rs. 200,000,000 and call deposit Rs. 10,000,000 - Residential Plots in Zone-III and Zone-IV, Regi Model Town ranging from 1 Kanal to 10 Marla with reserve prices between Rs. 13,000,000 and Rs. 26,500,000 and corresponding call deposits - Cafeteria establishment on open space at Central Park RMT (1.2 Kanal) on lease basis with monthly rent Rs. 150,000 plus 10% annual increase for 10 years and call deposit Rs. 5,000 The auction will be conducted under PDA Auction Regulations 2021 as amended in 2024. Bidders must submit call deposits from scheduled banks in Peshawar in the name of the Director General PDA one day prior to the auction. The highest bidder must deposit 35% of the bid amount within 10 days of approval notification, with the balance 65% payable within 60 days of offer issuance. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposits. Call deposits of the top three bidders will be retained for 14 days.
