Auction of COMSATS University Islamabad Vehicles

COMSATS University Islamabad is offering an auction for its vehicles located in Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for the sale of university vehicles on an as-is and where-is basis. The auction is managed by the Treasurer Department at the Faculty Block-II, Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad. Interested bidders must be Pakistani nationals with valid CNIC and must be registered tax filers. The auction process requires submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft separately for each vehicle, drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad. The bid security hard copy must be physically submitted before the closing date and time to avoid disqualification. Vehicles can be inspected physically at the university premises from Monday to Thursday between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. The price offered by bidders on EPADS includes a 10% government auction tax. The winning bidder must deposit the full amount within five working days of the auction approval, after which the vehicle will be handed over within three working days. Failure to deposit the amount will result in forfeiture of the bid security and disqualification from future business with COMSATS for up to three years. Transfer of ownership and all related taxes, duties, and penalties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The NOC for ownership transfer will be issued by COMSATS University Islamabad. The closing date for submission of proposals on EPADS 2.0 is June 16, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of their bids and to physically submit the bid security to avoid disqualification.
