AUCTION: Govt. Motorcycles by District Education Authority Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The District Education Authority Faisalabad invites sealed bids for auction of government motorcycles on an "as is where is basis" at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Faisalabad. Items being auctioned: - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1205 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1212 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1189 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1210 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2008, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1207 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1188 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1193 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1213 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1190 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1197 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1196 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1199 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1192 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1211 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1194-9 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1204-9 - Yamaha Motorcycle 2009, 100 CC, Registration No FDG 1202-9 The motorcycles can be physically inspected on 14-11-2026 during office hours at Govt Muslim High School Tariqabad Faisalabad. Bidders must bring original CNIC and submit copies along with permanent address and cell number. Motorcycles will be sold only if the higher bid exceeds the reserve price. Earnest money of Rs. 2000/- per motorcycle (refundable) must be deposited with CNIC copy to participate. Bids must quote vehicle number and be submitted by 10:00 am on 16-11-2026; bids will be opened same day at 02:30 pm. The successful bidder must pay 25% of bid amount on spot and remove motorcycles within three days or forfeit security money. All prevailing government taxes apply. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the motorcycles carefully on the inspection date and ensure all documentation is complete to avoid disqualification. Timely submission of bids with correct vehicle numbers and earnest money is critical to participate.
