Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Custom House, Quetta, announces an open auction of confiscated goods and vehicles. The auction will be held at the Auction Yard bypass Nawakilli, Quetta on the following dates:
- Confiscated Vehicles on 01-09-2026 at 11:00
- Confiscated Goods on 14-09-2026 and 24-09-2026
The auction is conducted strictly under the Customs Act, 1969 and Customs Rules 2001. Interested bidders must deposit Rs. 25,000 as a refundable call deposit in favor of Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Quetta before participation. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 75% payable within 7 days of the approved list display on the Notice Board. Only NTN holders can bid, and a 10% advance Income Tax deposit is required separately.
Cancellation of auctioned lots (goods/vehicles) is not allowed based on condition or quality. Confiscated items can be inspected during office hours at the auction location. Bidders must bring original computerized National Identity Cards. Sealed bids must include the highest bid and earnest money in the form of a bank pay order. Bids will be opened publicly.
