AUCTION: Confiscated Vehicles, Goods and Perishable Items at Customs Office Sukkur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Collectorate Customs Enforcement Sukkur announces an open auction of confiscated vehicles, goods, and other perishable items. The auction will be held on 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM at the Customs Office Sukkur located on Main Shikarpur Road, Sukkur. The auction is conducted on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis under chapter-V of SRO 450(1)/2001. Interested parties and bidders may inspect the vehicles, goods, and perishable items at any time during office hours starting from 10-10-2026 at the State Warehouse Sukkur. Items being auctioned include confiscated vehicles, various goods, and perishable items as listed by the Collectorate Customs Enforcement Sukkur. The auction will strictly follow the Customs Act, 1969, and related rules. Bidders must comply with all conditions under the Act and Rules. Earnest money amounting to twenty-five percent of the highest bid must be paid by the winning bidder in the form of a Pay Order in the name of Collector, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) Hyderabad immediately after the fall of the hammer. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the bid and the goods may be sold to the second highest bidder or re-auctioned. The successful bidder must also deposit advance income tax separately. The Collector of Customs reserves the right to cancel, accept, or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Under Rule 75(iii), the Collector may restrict entry of persons where an auction is held or their participation.
