Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Horticulture Agency, Nankana Sahib, invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the Outdoor Advertisement Fee for the financial year 2026-27 within the jurisdiction of Nankana Sahib. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the exclusive rights to collect advertisement fees from outdoor advertising sites across the city for the specified period. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by the agency, ensuring transparency and compliance with local regulations.
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights for Outdoor Advertisement Fee within the jurisdiction of Horticulture Agency, Nankana Sahib for the year 2026-27
Reserve Price: Rs. 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakh Rupees)
Earnest Money: Rs. 3,00,000 (Ten Percent of Reserve Price)
The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting advertisement fees from all eligible outdoor advertising sites, including billboards, hoardings, and other display structures as defined by the agency. The contract period will commence from 01-07-2026 and end on 30-06-2027. Bidders must submit a CDR or pay order equivalent to 10% of the reserve price as earnest money along with their bid. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and compliant with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 are eligible to participate. The auction will be held at the office of the Horticulture Agency, Nankana Sahib, on 20-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the auction time. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
