AUCTION: Unserviceable Medical Equipment, Machinery, Scrap and Vehicles at Dr Ruth KM Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Dr Ruth KM Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi is conducting a public auction for the disposal of unserviceable and obsolete items for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the hospital's administration block parking area on 24 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested parties are invited to participate in the bidding process for the following lots: - Machinery and equipment - Medical and radiology equipment - Vehicles (unserviceable) - Office furniture and other items - Iron scrap - IT equipment and accessories All items will be available for inspection at the designated location prior to the auction date. The successful bidders must deposit 10,000 PKR as earnest money on the day of the auction, and the highest bid will be accepted after approval from the competent authority. The winning bidder is required to deposit 100,000 PKR as a security deposit in the hospital's account, which will be refunded after successful completion of the process. Participants must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List. Full payment of the bid amount is mandatory before taking possession of the items. The auction will be conducted as per the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, and the hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, which will be available at the hospital office.
