AUCTION: Sale of Cow Dung and Compost at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Ayub Agricultural Research Institute Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the sale of cow dung and compost material generated at the institute. The auction will be held on 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the institute premises. Interested parties are invited to participate and bid for the listed lots. The auctioned items are as follows: - Cow Dung (Compost), Lot 1: 62185 kilograms - Cow Dung (Compost), Lot 2: 1204 kilograms - Compost Suran, Lot 3: 2296 kilograms All items are available for inspection prior to the auction date. The successful bidders will be required to deposit 1/10th of the bid amount as earnest money immediately after the auction. The remaining amount must be paid within the stipulated time as per institute rules. Bidders must bring their original CNIC for participation. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations of the institute. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the site in advance to assess the quality and quantity of the compost and cow dung. This will help in making an informed bid and understanding the logistics for collection after winning the auction.
