Auction of Constructed Cricket Arena at Zeeshan Colony Kamalia

The Municipal Committee Kamalia is conducting an auction for its constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony Kamalia. This auction is scheduled for Thursday, 28th July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. The auction will be supervised by the auction committee as per the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 for the financial year from 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027. Items being auctioned: - Constructed Cricket Arena at Zeeshan Colony Kamalia This auction involves the lease of the constructed cricket arena property for one financial year. Interested bidders must submit copies of CNIC, lease license registration, and a security amount in the form of a non-adjustable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia before the auction time. The CDR will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. Only registered and licensed contractors in person are eligible to participate; authority letters are not acceptable. Eligibility conditions include being a registered contractor for 2026-2027 as per District Government rules and Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016. Bidders must not be defaulters of dues, blacklisted, declared ineligible by law, or bankrupt. The successful bidder must pay installments monthly as per contract terms.
