The auction will be conducted under the supervision of the auction committee as per the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016, for a period of one year from 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027. Items being procured: - Cricket Arena Zeeshan Colony Kamalia (lease rights for one year) This auction involves the lease rights of the Cricket Arena situated in Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia. The successful bidder will be responsible for monthly installment payments as per the terms and conditions of the contract. The auction is governed by the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016, ensuring a transparent and regulated process. Eligibility criteria include submission of CNIC copies, lease license registration, and a security amount in the form of a non-adjustable CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia.
