AUCTION: Parking Fee Collection Rights and RDA Parking Sites Lease, Municipal Committee Marufwala 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Marufwala invites open public auction bids for the collection rights of parking fees and lease of RDA parking sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 22-09-2026 at the office of the Municipal Committee Marufwala. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process for the following lots: - Parking Fee Collection Rights (Marufwala City) for 2026-27: Reserve Price Rs. 12,155,555, Earnest Money Rs. 1,216,000, Duration: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 (10 months) - RDA Parking Sites/Showroom Lease Rights: Reserve Price Rs. 15,381,944, Earnest Money Rs. 1,538,200, Duration: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 (10 months) The auction will be conducted under the Punjab Local Government (Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules 2016. Successful bidders must deposit 60% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 40% payable as per the schedule. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and not blacklisted by any government department are eligible to participate. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit in the form of CDR or pay order. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
