AUCTION: Display Rights for Plants at Madina Chowk, Allied Hospital, and DHQ Hospital Faisalabad 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Horticulture Agency Faisalabad (HAF) invites open auction bids for the display rights of plants at prominent locations in Faisalabad for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be held at the HAF office on 07 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. This opportunity is ideal for nurseries, horticulture businesses, and individuals interested in showcasing and selling plants at high-traffic city sites. Items being auctioned: - Madina Chowk Road to Madina Chowk Bridge (80'x34', 2720 Sqft, reserve price Rs. 359,040 per annum) - Allied Hospital Road (63'x47', 2961 Sqft, reserve price Rs. 390,852 per annum) - DHQ Hospital Road (80'x17', 1360 Sqft, reserve price Rs. 179,520 per annum) The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to display and sell plants at the specified locations for one year. The reserve price for each lot is set at Rs. 11 per Sqft per annum, and a 10% earnest money deposit is required at the time of bidding. Bidders must deposit the earnest money in the PHA account before the auction. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for each lot. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. Eligibility requires submission of valid CNIC, proof of deposit, and compliance with all terms of the PHA Act-2025. The display must be maintained as per agency standards, and the successful bidder is responsible for all taxes and dues.
