AUCTION: Disposal of Auctionable / Unserviceable Items by Pakistan Mint Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Mint Lahore invites electronic bids through Single Stage One Envelope procedure for disposal of auctionable and unserviceable items on an as-is-where-is basis. The bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. The e-bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS V2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V2.0 on or before Friday, September 04, 2026, 10:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 10:30 AM. Items being auctioned: - MS Scrap, Old Electric Scrap Equipments, Old Drums, S.S Scrap, I.T Scrap - MS / Cast Iron Chips/Shavings - Wooden Scrap - Used Lubricant Oil, Furnace Oil Sludge - Old Tyres, Plastic, Glass, Filter, Miscellaneous Items - Melting Scrap (NB & CN dust Powder) The prospective bidder shall submit Sealed Bid Security in the form of CDR/Banker Cheque/Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, made in favour of the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, before the bid closing time. Bids without original bid security will be rejected. Tender opening will be public at Pakistan Mint Lahore. Conditional bids or incomplete documents will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1). Other terms and conditions are in the tender documents.
