AUCTION: Disposal of GPA Boat Madadgar Through Open e-Auction

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids through open e-Auction from interested individuals, firms, companies and other eligible entities registered on EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of GPA Boat 'Madadgar' on an 'as is, where is' basis. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax. The e-bidding documents, prepared in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024, contain detailed terms and conditions, specifications and other requirements. These documents are available to registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal at (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Interested bidders may access the relevant disposal activity by searching for Disposal Activity ID No. D11187. Manual bids shall not be accepted, and bidders shall participate exclusively through their registered EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open until Thursday, 5 November 2026, at 10:30 AM in the office of Manager Store KPT Karachi and the offers shall be reviewed and evaluated online on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times until the closing time of the e-Auction, after which EPADS v2.0 shall identify the bidder offering the highest amount in accordance with the prescribed procedure. Items being auctioned: - GPA Boat 'Madadgar' Gwadar Port Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the light of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules.
