AUCTION: Disposal of Official Vehicles by PARC Agrotech Company (Private) Limited (PATCO) Islamabad

PARC Agrotech Company (Private) Limited (PATCO) Islamabad invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in an open electronic auction for the disposal of its unutilized official vehicles on an AS IS WHERE IS basis through the EPADS v2.0 platform. This disposal is conducted under the applicable Public Procurement Rules and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, ensuring transparency and compliance with PPRA and EPADS instructions. Items being auctioned: - Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6, Registration No. ATV-848, Model 2021, Reserve Price Rs. 4,200,000 - Toyota Corolla GLi 1.3, Registration No. AAE-854, Model 2016, Reserve Price Rs. 3,000,000 Bidders are strongly advised to physically inspect the vehicles at the PATCO Office located in NARC Complex, Park Road, Islamabad during office hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) before submitting their electronic bids. The vehicles are offered strictly on an AS IS WHERE IS basis, and bidders must satisfy themselves regarding the condition, mileage, mechanical and body status, and all relevant documents. Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC or authorized representative identification, NTN/Income Tax registration with Active Taxpayer List status, and for firms, valid registration/incorporation documents. Bidders must maintain a valid EPADS v2.0 vendor account to participate. Manual bids will not be accepted. The auction will close on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with online review and opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Offers remain valid for 15 days post-closing. The highest responsive bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to verification and approval by the Competent Authority. Successful bidders must complete payment within seven working days of award notification and bear all applicable taxes, duties, transfer fees, and registration charges. Transfer and registration formalities must be completed within seven working days after payment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any security.
