AUCTION: Disposal of Official Vehicles by National Assembly Secretariat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Assembly Secretariat invites electronic bids for the disposal of official vehicles through an open auction on an as is where is basis. Eligible bidders include Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnership Firms, Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, Holding Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, State Owned Enterprises (Private Limited), State Owned Enterprises (Public Limited), NGOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. E-bidding documents are available as per the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements. These documents can be accessed by registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using Disposal Activity ID No. D10822. They are also available on the National Assembly of Pakistan's website www.na.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must participate online through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction will remain open until Thursday, 1st October 2026 at 02:30 PM and will be reviewed and evaluated online on the same day at 03:00 PM. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest bidder will be automatically selected as the winner by EPADS v2.0. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the rules. Items being auctioned: - Official Vehicles (specific details not provided in the notice).
