AUCTION: Open Auction of Commercial Plots by Malir Development Authority

Malir Development Authority (MDA) invites investors and the general public to participate in an open auction of prime leased and mutated commercial plots located in Shah Latif Town Scheme 25-A, New Malir Housing Scheme 1, and Taiser Town Northern Bye Pass Scheme-45, Karachi. This auction presents a valuable opportunity to invest in commercial real estate offered by the Malir Development Authority. Items being auctioned: - Plots in Taiser Town Scheme-45 including LS-10, LS-11, LS-18, LS-19, LS-22, LS-23, SB-01, SB-02 to SB-03, CM-03 & CM-04, SA-07, SA-09, SB-02 to SB-05, SA-02, SB-04, SB-05, SB-03, SB-04, SB-05, LS-47 & LS-48, Petrol Pump PPC-BLDG-6, Petrol Pump-02, Petrol Pump-03, 07, 12, Petrol Pump-06, Petrol Pump-13, Petrol Pump-15, PP.ONG, Commercial plots 9-1, 26-1, 28-1, 32-1, 32-11, 32-III - Plots in Shah Latif Town Scheme 25/A including SC-29, 30, 51, 53, 54, S-39, S-40, ST-21, S-22, COM-1, SC-54, 55, 56, 57, 97, 98, SC-01, LS-4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, SC-2, Petrol Pump, SC-1, AS-7, 8, 9, 10, 11, LS-6, 10, 37, SC-79, SC-01, 33, 112, 132, 133 - Plots in New Malir Housing Scheme 01 including CS-4 & CM-5, CS-1 to CS-5, CS-1 to CS-04, SB-01 & SB-02, SB-03, SB-08 & SB-11, AS-02 to AS-03, AS-20 to AS-23, LS-01 & LS-02, AS-03, SB-02, PP-1, AS-01 & AS-02 The auction will be held on 23rd September 2026 at Taiser Town Site Office Northern Bye Pass MDA Scheme 45 Karachi and on 24th September 2026 at Shah Latif Town and New Malir Housing Scheme 1 at noon 12:00 PM. All plots will be auctioned strictly as an open auction. Payments must be made through Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Malir Development Authority. Bidders must obtain a bid form from the Land Department, MDA, Business Arcade Building 3rd Floor, Purani Sabzi Mandi, Karachi, or download it via the QR code provided. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 50,000 is required with the application. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of 10% of the bid amount must be submitted. The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid amount within 3 days of declaration as the first installment. The remaining 75% is payable within 90 days in three installments of 25% each. Possession will be handed over after full payment and applicable charges. FBR withholding tax will be deducted as per rules. Malir Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against disruptive participants. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure timely submission of all required documents and payments to avoid disqualification.
