AUCTION: Disposal of Used Vehicles, Batteries, Plastic Items, and Furniture at University of Gujrat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Gujrat is conducting an open auction for the disposal of various used and surplus items that are no longer required for official use. The auction will take place at the university premises in Gujrat, Punjab. Interested parties are invited to participate and bid for the following lots: - Lot-1: Suzuki Bolan (4500 units), Reserve Price: Rs. 4,500,000, Security Fee: Rs. 45,000 - Lot-2: Suzuki Ravi (4 units), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000, Security Fee: Rs. 100,000 - Lot-3: Miscellaneous Items - Used Plastic (10 kg), Reserve Price: Rs. 48,500 - Used Batteries (20 kg), Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 - Used Tyres (170 kg), Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 - Scrap Iron (500 units), Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 - Miscellaneous Furniture (80 kg), Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 - Lot-4: Chairs (85 units), Reserve Price: Rs. 156,250, Security Fee: Rs. 15,000 All items are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders must deposit the specified security fee for each lot they wish to bid on. The auction will be held on 30-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the University of Gujrat. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable within the stipulated time. All government taxes and duties will be borne by the successful bidders. Participation is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but blacklisted parties are not allowed. Bidders are advised to inspect the items before the auction date to assess their condition.
