AUCTION: Disposal of Public Assets by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites electronic bids for the disposal of public assets through an open auction. This auction is conducted via the EPADS v2.0 platform and includes the sale of faulty, non-serviceable, and beyond economic repair items such as computers, IT items, and equipment on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested firms and companies including individuals, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private limited companies, public limited companies, and state-owned enterprises are eligible to participate. Manual bids are not accepted. The e-auction will open and close on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times until the closing time. The highest offer at closing will be selected automatically as the winner. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works.
