AUCTION: Disposal of Yard No. 52, Yard No. 04 and Yard Scrap Shop-II by Pakistan Steel

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Steel invites bids for the disposal of scrap materials located at Yard No. 52, Yard No. 04, and Yard Scrap Shop-II. The auction is being conducted by the Marketing Department of Pakistan Steel. The properties and materials are situated at PSM Outside Gate No. 09, Main Plan near I.M.D Gantry, and Scrap preparation shop (SMD) inside Main Plant. Items being auctioned: - Converter Slag with some Metal Inclusions (Yard No. 52, LOT) - Mixed Steel Scrap Containing Scrapped Slab/Bloom/Crane-Rail Pieces etc. (Yard No. 04, approx. 150 MTN) - Blooms/Billet End Cuts, HR Sheet, Girders etc. (Yard Scrap Shop-II, approx. 75 MTN) The materials are offered on a 'Per Ton & As Is Where Is Basis'. The lifting periods vary: 45 working days for Yard No. 52, 15 working days for Yard No. 04, and 10 working days for Scrap Shop-II. Interested bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and NTN and are required to upload their Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN Certificate on the E-PADS portal. Pakistan Steel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bids must be submitted through the official E-PADS website on or before 10:00 hours on 14-10-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 hours. Detailed specifications and terms are available for download on the E-PADS website.
