AUCTION: Open Auction of Old/Used Official Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Public Sector Organization in Islamabad invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction for the disposal of old and used official vehicles on an 'As is where is' basis. The auction will be held on 15 Oct 2026. Items being auctioned include: - Toyota Corolla GLI (Model 1997, Reg No GA-1055, Qty 01) - Suzuki Cultus (Model 2004, Reg No LRY-7060, Qty 01) - Suzuki Cultus (Model 2005, Reg No AJQ-273, Qty 01) - Land Rover (Model 2005, Reg No GD-720, Qty 01) - Mercedes Vito (Model 2006, Reg No GJ-222, Qty 01) The vehicles can be inspected on any working day from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Public Sector Organization near T-Chowk, Expressway, Islamabad. Bidders must bring original CNIC and provide complete contact details. A refundable bid security of Rs. 150,000 is required to participate. The payment of any outstanding dues will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. Ownership documents will be transferred after full payment. GST and taxes will be applied as per government rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. If the auction date falls on a holiday, it will be held the next working day. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the vehicles and ensure all documentation is in order before bidding. Timely submission of bid security and adherence to auction terms will improve chances of successful participation.
