Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A bid security of PKR 3,000,000 (30 lac only) is required, to be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 and in original form before the closing date. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0; manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority.
