Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites electronic bids for the disposal of remaining material from the Custom House Building recovery phases 2 and 3 on an as-is-where-is basis. This disposal will be conducted through an open e-Auction on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Interested firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs are eligible to participate provided they are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works.
Items being auctioned include the remaining materials from phases 2 and 3 of the Custom House Building recovery project. Specific item details are not provided in the notice.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. The auction will remain open until Monday, November 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with evaluation commencing at 5:30 PM the same day. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest bidder will be automatically selected as the winner.
The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ under Disposal Activity ID No. D11301. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is also accessible on EPADS and the procuring agency's website if available.
Interested bidders should ensure timely registration and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification. A practical tip is to carefully review the e-bidding documents on EPADS and prepare all necessary documentation in advance to participate smoothly in the online auction process.
