AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable/Scrap Material at MEPCO 132 KV Warehouse Multan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) Ltd. invites bids through an Open e-Auction on EPADS 2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap material located at the 132 KV Warehouse on MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. This auction is conducted on an 'As Is Where Is Basis' ensuring transparency and ease of participation for tax-registered firms, companies, and bidders. Items being auctioned include: - 11 KV Power Cables 1000 MCM Burnt Scrap (15,198 meters) - 132 KV Bus Bar Isolator burnt scrap (1 each) - 11 KV Post Insulator burnt scrap (222 each) The scrap material is available for inspection on any working day from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM prior to the auction date. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 portal and submit their bids electronically before the prescribed closing date and time. Detailed auction terms and conditions are accessible on EPADS 2.0 and can be downloaded by registered bidders. A bid security amounting to PKR 846,770 must be furnished in accordance with auction documents and EPADS requirements. The quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. The highest responsive bidder will be considered for award subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions. MEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the auction process at any stage in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules.
