AUCTION: Disposal of Temporary Staging Steel Items at NHA Camp Rakhi Gajj Dera Ghazi Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-South Region, Central Zone, invites sealed bids for the disposal/auction of Temporary Staging Steel Items stocked at the NHA Camp located at Rakhi Gajj, KM-147+00 (N-70), Dera Ghazi Khan. Interested parties may inspect the steel items on any working day up to November 04, 2026. Items being auctioned include Temporary Staging Steel Items stored at the specified NHA Camp. The auction is conducted on an 'As is Where is Basis' ensuring bidders understand the condition of the materials before bidding. Bidding documents containing detailed descriptions, terms and conditions, and priced bid forms are available for free download from the NHA website starting October 19, 2026. Alternatively, bidders may purchase the bidding documents from the Office of the Deputy Director (Admin) NHA (Punjab-South), Regional Complex, Nag Shah Chowk Multan, by submitting an application along with a non-refundable CDR/DD/PO of Rs. 1,000 in favor of the General Manager (Punjab-South) NHA, Retention Money Account. Sealed bids must be submitted to the specified address by November 05, 2026, before 11:30 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule No. 33(1).
