AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable Machinery and Equipments of Abandoned Power Houses District Nagar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sealed bids are invited by the Executive Engineer, Water & Power Division Nagar for the auction of unserviceable material lying at various places in District Nagar. This auction is an opportunity for interested parties and the general public to acquire unserviceable machinery and equipment from abandoned power houses in the district. Items being auctioned: - Disposal / Auction of unserviceable machinery and equipments of the abandoned Power Houses of District Nagar The auction will be conducted on the specified date and time. Interested bidders may obtain the schedule form for the auction from the office of the undersigned during office hours; however, no schedule form will be sold on the day of the auction. Inspection of items is allowed prior to the auction date during office hours. The items will be sold on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis. The highest bid will be selected based on the highest cost quoted, and bids below the base price will be rejected. The successful bidder must deposit 50% of the bid amount immediately after acceptance, with the remaining amount payable within 7 days of approval. All applicable government taxes, duties, and levies will be borne by the successful bidder. The successful bidder must remove the purchased items within 15 days after full payment and issuance of the sale/release order. No claims regarding condition, quality, quantity, or fitness of the auctioned items will be entertained after the auction's completion. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially in accordance with government rules. This auction is held in Nagar, Gilgit-Baltistan, under the authority of the Water & Power Division Nagar. Bidders should prepare their bids carefully and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
