Outsourcing the Commercial Management of Brake Vans for Pakistan Railways

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites reputed contractors, firms, and companies to pre-qualify for the outsourcing of the Commercial Management of Brake Vans. The scope covers Brake Vans of Khyber Mail, Karachi Express, and Sukkur Express. The Brake Vans will be offered for outsourcing subject to availability. Detailed information, terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document. Items involved: - Commercial Management of Brake Vans for Khyber Mail - Commercial Management of Brake Vans for Karachi Express - Commercial Management of Brake Vans for Sukkur Express Pre-Qualification Documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Marketing Manager, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000/- deposited in the Reservation Office. Completed applications must be submitted on or before 12th November 2026 up to 11:00 hours at the Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore. Applications will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in Committee Room No.3 in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications and to add or delete any Luggage Van or Brake Van from the list offered in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure timely submission and carefully review the pre-qualification criteria to avoid disqualification. Early procurement of documents is advised to allow sufficient time for preparation.
