AUCTION: Forest Timber Lots and Firewood in Neelum Circle 2026

Items being auctioned: - Timber Lot 01: Kail, 5000 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 214911, Compartment 08 - Timber Lot 02: Kail, 3700 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 104277, Compartment 16 - Timber Lot 03: Kail, 15000 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 2679849, Compartment 18 - Timber Lot 04: Kail, 1500 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 14679, Compartment 18 - Firewood Lot 05: 200 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 5129, Compartment 03 - Firewood Lot 06: 5000 cft, Reserve Price Rs. 38498, Compartment 406 All lots are available for inspection prior to the auction date. The technical scope includes the sale of both timber and firewood, with quantities and reserve prices clearly specified for each lot. Bidders must deposit earnest money as per the reserve price of each lot, and successful bidders will be required to pay the full amount within the stipulated period. Only those registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government rules.
