AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable and Condemned Stores by Welfare Wing S&GAD Punjab

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Welfare Wing of the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of Punjab, invites bids from interested firms and individuals for the disposal of unserviceable, obsolete, condemned, and dead stock items through an open public auction in Lahore. The auction includes a large number of items such as furniture, office equipment, machinery, and miscellaneous stores that have been declared unserviceable or condemned. Interested parties may inspect the detailed list of items at the Basement of Press Law Building, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore during working hours from 13.08.2026 to 26.08.2026 between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Furniture - Office equipment - Machinery - Miscellaneous stores The auction will be held on 27.08.2026 at 01:00 PM in the Committee Room, S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. The auction will be conducted on an 'as is where is' basis. Participating firms or individuals must provide the original CNIC of the authorized representative along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 30,000/- in favor of Section Officer (Welfare-I), Welfare Wing, S&GAD prior to participation. All applicable taxes will be payable by the successful firm as per government rules. The highest bid will be subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount within 3 days of acceptance and remove the auctioned items within 7 days, failing which the CDR will be forfeited. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure timely submission of required documents and payments to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of the CDR and CNIC copies will facilitate smooth participation in the auction.
