Auction of Disposal of Unserviceable Vehicles and Scrap Items by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable vehicles and scrap items on an 'As is, where is' basis. This auction covers a wide range of unserviceable vehicles including various models of Pick Ups, Trucks, Jeeps, and Fork Lifter located across multiple PESCO divisions and grid stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa such as Timergara, Kanju, Batkhela Swat, Risalpur, Swabi, Sakhi Chashma, Pabbi, Bannu, D.I.Khan, Kohat, Hangu, Thall, Tank, and Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR is required and must be submitted both electronically and physically before the bid closing date. The disposal is strictly on an 'As is, where is' basis with no complaints entertained post-sale. The successful bidder must lift the allotted scrap material within 21 working days under PESCO supervision. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes, transportation, labor, and safety compliance including provision of PPE. The highest evaluated bid for each lot will be accepted subject to approval. Bid closing date and time is **19 August 2026 at 10:00 AM** with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 only; manual bids are not accepted. Interested bidders are encouraged to inspect the items at the stores during office hours following PESCO security protocols.
