AUCTION: Disposal of Unsurvivable, Damaged, Condemned Stores in Sujawal Health Facilities

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Government of Sindh, Health Department, through the District Health Office Sujawal, announces a public auction for the disposal of unsurvivable, damaged, obsolete, and condemned stores and scrap materials. This auction covers items lying at various health facilities in District Sujawal. Items being auctioned include damaged iron/scrap, unsurvivable furniture, stone, and other miscellaneous condemned items. The specific health facilities and their auctionable items are: - THQ Hospital Jati: Damaged iron/scrap, unsurvivable furniture, stone, and other condemned/miscellaneous items - RHC Darro: Damaged iron/scrap, unsurvivable furniture, stone, and other condemned/miscellaneous items - RHC Chuhar Jamali: Damaged iron/scrap, unsurvivable furniture, stone, and other condemned/miscellaneous items The auction items will be sold on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis. Interested bidders may inspect the auctionable items at the respective health facilities during office hours before submitting their bids. The auction documents can be collected on 24-09-2026 during office hours from the District Health Office, Sujawal. Sealed bids must be submitted at the District Health Office, Sujawal, on or before 25-09-2026 up to 02:00 P.M. Late bids will not be entertained. The sealed bids will be publicly opened on 28-09-2026 at 03:00 P.M. at the District Health Office, Sujawal, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the earnest/security money and/or sale amount as prescribed by the Auction Committee. All applicable government taxes, duties, levies, and other charges will be borne by the successful bidder. The bidder will also be responsible for loading, lifting, removal, and transportation of the auctioned material at their own cost and risk within the prescribed period. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable government rules. The decision of the Auction Committee shall be final and binding. Any matters not specifically covered in the terms and conditions will be dealt with according to government rules and procedures. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and ensure their bids reflect the condition and quantity of the auctioned materials. Timely submission and adherence to the auction schedule are critical for participation.
