AUCTION: Disposal of Used Official Vehicles by Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and disposal of its condemned and surplus official vehicles on an AS-IS-WHERE-IS and WITH ALL FAULTS basis. The auction will be held at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Tehsil Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad. Sealed bids must be submitted by 26th August 2026 up to 11:00 A.M. and will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Inspection is allowed on working days from 10th to 25th August 2026 during office hours (09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M.) at the FIEDMC Site Office. Bidders must submit original CNIC and attested copy with complete address and contact details before auction commencement. No bid below reserve price will be accepted. A refundable token money of 5% of the reserve price must be deposited via Demand Draft/Pay Order along with CNIC copy before bidding. Token money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after seven days. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of total bid amount as earnest money on the spot and remaining 75% within seven working days. Failure to pay balance will result in forfeiture of earnest money. Registration and ownership transfer will be done after full payment including applicable government taxes. Blacklisted or debarred bidders by PPRA or any procuring agency are not eligible.
