AUCTION: Sale of Unserviceable and Non-Serviceable Trees at Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha is conducting an open auction for the sale of unserviceable and non-serviceable trees (both fruit and non-fruit, standing and fallen) located at the Board premises. The auction will be held at the Board office in Sargodha on 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in this public auction process. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: 07 fruit trees (standing) - Lot 2: 10 non-fruit trees (standing) - Lot 3: 01 fruit tree (fallen) - Lot 4: 04 non-fruit trees (fallen) - Lot 5: 01 fruit tree (rooted) - Lot 6: 03 non-fruit trees (rooted) - Lot 7: 33 total trees (various categories as above) The reserve price for participation in the auction is set at PKR 50,000, which must be deposited as Earnest Money in the form of a CDR in favor of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha. The successful bidder will be required to deposit half of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid within two days. An additional refundable security of PKR 5,000 is also required, which will be returned upon satisfactory completion of the removal work. In case of any damage to Board property during the removal process, the cost will be recovered from the security deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to bring their original CNIC and other necessary documents. The auction will be conducted strictly as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the notice.
