AUCTION: Disposal of Used Official Vehicles by Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company

Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and disposal of its condemned/surplus official vehicles on an 'AS-IS-WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS' basis. The auction will be held at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahianwala Interchange, Faisalabad on Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 12:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders. Items being auctioned: - Toyota Corolla Altis 2012, 1600 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 2,050,000 - Suzuki Cultus 2012, 1000 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 800,000 - Suzuki Cultus 2012, 1000 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 750,000 (3 units) - Suzuki Cultus 2012, 1000 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 650,000 - Suzuki Carry Van 2012, 800 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 525,000 (2 units) - Suzuki Mehran 2012, 800 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 525,000 (2 units) - Honda Motorcycle 2012, 70 cc, Reserve Price Rs. 30,000 The auction is strictly on an 'AS-IS-WHERE-IS' and with all faults basis. Bidders must deposit refundable token money equivalent to 5% of the reserve price of the respective vehicle before bidding. The remaining 75% balance must be deposited within seven working days of the auction. Bidders must present original CNIC and submit an attested copy with their complete address and contact details prior to the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the spot via Cash/Pay Order/CDR in favour of FIEDMC. The balance will be forfeited if payment formalities are not completed. Eligibility includes being on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's blacklist or debarred list will disqualify bidders. The buyer will be responsible for all applicable government taxes and transfer of ownership. The auction will be conducted at the FIEDMC office in Faisalabad.
