AUCTION: Sale of Eucalyptus and Chir Pine Trees (20 Trees, 1039.2 Cft) at District Buner

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Administration Buner is conducting a public auction for the sale of mature trees located at the premises of the District Complex Buner. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction scheduled for 8th September at 11:00 AM. The auction will be held at the designated site, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to attend on time to ensure their participation. Items being auctioned: - Eucalyptus (Lachi): 8 trees, total volume 796.2 cubic feet - Chir Pine (Cheer): 12 trees, total volume 243.0 cubic feet - Total: 20 trees, combined volume 1039.2 cubic feet The trees are being sold as-is, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the complete removal and transportation of the trees from the site. All participants must bring their original CNIC and a pay order of PKR 10,000 as earnest money (CDR) in the name of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning), District Buner. The auction committee will not entertain any claims after the completion of the auction process. The successful bidder must pay the full amount and complete the removal process as per the instructions of the administration. Any damages to government property or delays in removal will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the trees in advance and clarify any queries with the administration before the auction date. Timely arrival and proper documentation will ensure smooth participation in the process.
