AUCTION: Sale of 52 Eucalyptus Trees (Green and Dry) at Sargodha Division

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Highways Division Sargodha is conducting a public auction for the sale of surplus eucalyptus trees located at the Sargodha office premises. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process, which will be managed through the PPRA E-PADS system. The auction is scheduled to commence on 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the final auction date set for 1 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction will be held in the presence of the auction committee at the Highways Division Sargodha office. Items being auctioned: - Green Eucalyptus Trees (Serial Numbered): 05 - Dry Eucalyptus Trees: 47 This auction provides an opportunity for bidders to acquire both green and dry eucalyptus trees, which may be suitable for timber, fuel, or other commercial uses. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department. A CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) of 75,000 PKR must be submitted one day prior to the auction to qualify for participation. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the department's schedule. In case of non-payment, the earnest money will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be considered. All interested bidders are advised to inspect the trees at the site before the auction date to assess their condition and value. The auction committee will ensure transparency and fairness throughout the process. Bidders should bring valid identification and proof of CDR submission on the day of the auction.
