Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Horticulture Agency Faisalabad is conducting a public auction for the lease rights of coffee shops (Tandem Juice Points) at various prominent parks and locations in Faisalabad for the financial year 2026-2027. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction, which will be held on 26 September 2024 at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. The lease period will be for one year, starting from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension as per departmental policy.

- Coffee Shop (Tandem Juice Point), Jinnah Garden, Peoples Colony No. 1 (CDR: Rs. 2,40,000, Annual Lease: Rs. 24,00,000)
- Coffee Shop (Tandem Juice Point), Jinnah Garden, Ghulam Muhammadabad (CDR: Rs. 2,40,000, Annual Lease: Rs. 24,00,000)
- Coffee Shop (Tandem Juice Point), Dhobi Ghat Park (CDR: Rs. 2,40,000, Annual Lease: Rs. 24,00,000)

Each site requires a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 2,40,000 as earnest money. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the annual lease amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 60% due within the specified period and the final 40% before the end of the lease year. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but blacklisted parties are not allowed to participate. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to visit the sites before the auction to assess the business potential and location suitability. For best results, ensure your CDR and required documents are complete and submitted well before the auction date to avoid last-minute issues.
