AUCTION: Lease Rights of Fishery Sites Mangla Dam for Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) Azad Jammu & Kashmir is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of fishery sites at Mangla Dam for the financial year 2026-27. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire exclusive fishing and fish collection rights at designated sites within the Mangla Dam area, Mirpur AJK. The auction will be conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope process, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate as per the terms outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Fishery Site No. 01 (Area: 761 acres, Location: Mangla Dam) - Fishery Site No. 02 (Area: 222 acres, Location: Jariyan, Mangla Dam) Both sites are being offered for lease for the period of one year, starting from the date of contract award. The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to operate and manage fishery activities at the respective sites. Bidders must submit earnest money of PKR 1,000,000 for Site No. 01 and PKR 100,000 for Site No. 02 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) along with their bids. The auction will be held at the office of the undersigned on 21 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Only those firms or individuals registered with AJK-PPRA and compliant with the relevant fisheries and lease regulations are eligible to participate. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
