Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for fruit market fee at Sabzi Mandi, Iqbal Town, Lahore (Reserve price: Rs. 30,000 per month, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000 CDR, Lease period: 30 June 2027, Auction date: 29-08-2026, 10:00 AM) - Lease rights for parking stand at Sabzi Mandi, Iqbal Town, Lahore (Reserve price: Rs. 30,000 per month, Earnest Money: Rs. 45,000 CDR, Lease period: 30 June 2027, Auction date: 29-08-2026, 11:00 AM) Both lots are for a lease period ending 30 June 2027. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection or parking management as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as Earnest Money for each lot, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award.
