Tender Description
Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is conducting an auction for various types of furniture and fixed assets on an 'As it is, where it is' basis. This auction is specifically managed by the Utility Stores Corporation located in Lahore, Punjab. The auction includes a wide range of items such as office furniture and fixtures, which bidders are encouraged to inspect at the site before submitting their bids.
The auction process will be conducted through the EPADS 2.0 platform from 17-06-2026 until 09:00 AM on 03-07-2026, with the disposal committee opening the e-auction at 11:00 AM on 03-07-2026. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted by 04:30 PM on 02-07-2026 at the Zonal Office, Scheme More, Multan Road, Lahore. The earnest money acts as a security deposit and will be returned to all except the highest bidder, who will be required to pay the full amount based on actual quantities at the time of lifting.
Eligibility to participate requires Pakistani nationals with a valid CNIC, NTN, and GST registration, excluding government defaulters or employees. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Participants must also submit a certificate on stamp paper confirming they are not government defaulters or employees.
All government taxes are included in the reserve price. The successful bidder will be responsible for collection and lifting of items from designated locations as per the EPADS schedule. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or postpone the auction without prior notice.
