Procurement of School Furniture

The Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from furniture manufacturers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJK/GoP. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. Items being procured: - Procurement of School Furniture The tender document is available immediately after publishing and can be obtained from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell E&SE district complex L-Block Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday to Friday upon submission of a written application on original firm/company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5000. The bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Senior Chief, Planning Cell, Elementary and Secondary Education Department AJ&K Muzaffarabad is required with the financial bid, without which the offer shall be rejected. The supply is on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all districts of AJ&K, including all applicable taxes, transportation costs at institute level, and other charges associated with delivery. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Complete supply with approved specifications must be delivered within 120 days from the date of contract/supply order. The procurement process is governed by AJ&K PPRA Rules, 2017. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and bidders are prohibited. All bidders must provide a certificate affirming their non-blacklisted status and absence of conflicts with the government in any territory within AJ&K, Federally Administered Areas, or Pakistan.
