Procurement of Furniture & Air Conditioner

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Rawalpindi Zone, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of office furniture and air conditioners for its office located at State Life Building No.1, The Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Office Tables (8 units) with 3 years warranty - Side Racks (8 units) with 3 years warranty - Revolving Chairs (8 units) with 3 years warranty - Visitor Arm Chairs (16 units) with 3 years warranty - Steel Filing Cabinets (8 units) with 3 years warranty - Air Conditioners: Kenwood or equivalent Split 1.5 TON DC Inverter (2 units + 1 unit) with 10 years compressor warranty, 4 years PCB warranty, and 2 years evaporator warranty The furniture items are specified as high finish Sheesham veneer with polish and include detailed dimensions and quality standards. The air conditioners must meet specified cooling and heating capacities with advanced features. Bidders must provide samples for furniture before delivery and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, active tax payer status, and submission of earnest money in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Demand Draft before bid opening. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by October 6, 2026, 11:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid validity period is 30 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to vary quantities by up to 15% without changing unit prices.
