AUCTION: Various Furniture and Fixed Assets by Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP), Ministry of Industries & Production, is offering an auction of various kinds of furniture and fixed assets on an 'as it is where it is' basis through EPADS 2.0. The auction includes items such as Ceiling Fans, Cash Counters Wooden, Revolving Chairs, Tables Chairs, Air Coolers, and other fixed assets. The auction will be conducted online via EPADS 2.0 from 12-08-2026 to 11:30 AM on 27-08-2026. Items being auctioned: - Ceiling Fan - Cash Counters Wooden - Revolving Chairs - Tables Chairs - Air Cooler - Other fixed assets The auction will be opened at 11:30 AM on 27-08-2026 by the disposal committee and awarded to the highest price offered bidder against the reserve price through EPADS 2.0. Prices quoted should include all taxes, duties, levies, and charges including sales tax/FED. Eligible participants must be Pakistani nationals with computerized National Identity Cards issued by NADRA, NTN, and GST holders, excluding defaulters of government departments or servants. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd with CNIC before 04:30 PM on 26-08-2026. The successful bidder will be responsible for collection and lifting of all items from designated locations as per the schedule on EPADS 2.0.
