AUCTION: Disposal of Scrap and Residual Material from Dismantling/Destruction of Confiscated Machinery and Equipment

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office Sialkot, invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of scrap and residual material generated from dismantling and destruction of confiscated machinery, equipment, and other material lying at the Regional Tax Office, Sialkot. The auction will be conducted under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework and applicable rules. Complete e-disposal documents, terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, bid details, reserve prices, bid security requirements, and auction schedule are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0. Items being auctioned: - Scrap/Residual Material of Dismantled Machinery including 03 Cigarette Rolling Machines (Large), 05 Other Cigarette Manufacturing Machines (Small) weighing approximately 1,670 tons with a reserve price of Rs. 2,450,000 and bid security of Rs. 122,500 - Old Air Conditioners and other Miscellaneous Scrap Items weighing approximately 1,200 Kgs with a reserve price of Rs. 240,000 and bid security of Rs. 12,500 Total estimated weight: 1,870 Tons Total reserve price: Rs. 2,700,000 with total bid security Rs. 135,000 Bidders must inspect the lots and satisfy themselves regarding condition, quantity, weight, quality, and composition before participating. Disposal will be conducted through Open e-Auction on EPADS v2.0. Only registered bidders fulfilling eligibility criteria including valid FBR NTN, Sales Tax registration, and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status are eligible. Manual, physical, or offline bids will not be accepted. Key dates include inspection from 07/10/2026 to 09/10/2026 during office hours, last date for submission of e-bids on 12/10/2026 at 09:00 am, and bid opening on 12/10/2026 at 11:30 am.
