AUCTION: FX-60 Tractor, Ford Tractor, and Compressor at Military Farms Group Renala Khurd

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Military Farms Group Renala Khurd is conducting an open auction for the sale of various unserviceable vehicles and equipment. The auction will be held at the Military Farms Group Renala Khurd premises. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process as per the schedule provided below. Items being auctioned: - FX-60 Tractor (Ford) - Compressor - Other unserviceable vehicles and equipment (as per the detailed list available at the office) The auction for the FX-60 Tractor and Compressor will take place on 14 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. If the auction cannot be completed on this date due to any reason, it will be rescheduled for 21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction for the remaining unserviceable vehicles and equipment will be held on 28 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. All auctions will be conducted at the Military Farms Group Renala Khurd premises, and successful bidders must deposit the full amount within 90 days of the auction. Participants are required to bring a pay order or call deposit receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in favor of DGRV&F as earnest money. In case of non-payment within the stipulated time, a penalty of 3% per month will be charged. All items will be auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis, and the department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
