Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) invites interested parties to participate in the extended open auction for disposal of scrap and miscellaneous items from two base stores located in Chakwal and Karachi. The auction includes a variety of items such as scrap, bits, batteries, vehicles, tyres, and other miscellaneous items. The first lot is located at Chak Narang Base Store Chakwal, and the second at Khadeji Base Store Karachi. Items being auctioned: - Scrap - Bits - Batteries - Vehicles - Tyres - Miscellaneous items This auction provides an excellent opportunity for dealers and recyclers to acquire valuable scrap and used materials from a reputable national company. The materials are located at two distinct sites, requiring bidders to consider logistics and transportation. The auction dates have been extended to allow more participants to prepare and submit their bids. The revised auction dates are as follows: Chak Narang Base Store Chakwal on 12th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, and Khadeji Base Store Karachi on 14th October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders should ensure timely presence and compliance with auction terms and conditions as previously published. Earnest money and other bid security requirements apply as per the original auction notice. Bidders are advised to inspect the items at the respective locations before the auction date to assess the condition and quantity. Proper documentation and registration with OGDCL are mandatory. This extension notice does not alter any other terms and conditions of the auction. For successful participation, bidders should prepare their financial instruments such as Pay Orders or CDRs in favor of OGDCL and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
