AUCTION: Unserviceable Stores and Scrap at Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) Golra Premises

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) is organizing a public auction of unserviceable stores and scrap items at its Golra premises, under the direction of the Commandant CMT & SD Golra. The auction will be held on 07-08 October 2026 between 0930 and 1500 hours at the HIT premises. Interested parties are invited to visit and assess the actionable stores and scrap on 02-06 October 2026 from 1000 to 1200 hours at the same location. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable stores (various categories, details to be inspected on site) - Scrap material (types and quantities to be assessed during inspection) All items are offered strictly on an As is Where is basis. No individual or party will be allowed to visit the stores or scrap area once the auction has commenced. The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any accepted or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders must bring their original CNIC along with a photocopy for entry into HIT premises. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the total sale amount of the auctioned lot on the spot or the same day, with the remaining 75 percent and all applicable government taxes (general sales tax, income tax, etc.) to be deposited as per the latest policy. All payments must be made to the auctioneer within the due course of time for onward deposit into the Government Treasury. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount. Successful bidders must also submit five sets of firm/company letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms, and CNIC copies. Removal of auctioned lots must be completed within fifteen working days at the bidder's own expense, including auction days. Demilitarization (cutting into pieces) of security-type stores or scrap must be done in the presence of a detailed board at HIT premises.
