AUCTION: Right to Collect Fee on Licence Meat Shop in Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Jurisdiction

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites interested parties to participate in the re-auction for the rights to collect fees for the year 2026-2027. The auction will be held on 16-11-2026, 17-11-2026, and 18-11-2026 at 11 a.m. at the KMC Head Office Main Building on M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi. The contract involves the right to collect fees on the licence meat shop within the jurisdiction of KMC. Items being auctioned: - Right to collect fee on Licence Meat Shop within KMC jurisdiction with an annual bid amount/reserve price of Rs. 10,000,000/-. Participants must deposit 10% of the reserve price as security through a pay order in favor of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation from any scheduled bank. Failure to deposit the security will disqualify participation. The security deposit is refundable to unsuccessful bidders after the auction concludes. The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance along with income tax as per Government of Sindh rules before contract award.
