AUCTION: Green Fodder Jowar Crop at Directorate of Farms, University of Agriculture Peshawar (120 Acres, 100 Acres NDF, 20 Acres PLB)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Agriculture Peshawar is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction of green fodder jowar crop at its Directorate of Farms. The auction covers a total of 120 acres, including 100 acres under NDF and 20 acres under PLB. The auction will be held on Thursday, 27 August 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of the auction committee at the designated site. Items being auctioned: - Green fodder jowar crop on 100 acres (NDF) - Green fodder jowar crop on 20 acres (PLB) The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount payable upon approval from the competent authority. The auction will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of the University and in accordance with KPPRA Rules section 47-4. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. A 5% tax will be deducted as per government policy, and a 10% non-refundable registration fee will be charged. Only registered bidders will be allowed to participate. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and interested bidders are advised to inspect the crop and site prior to the auction date. For bidders, it is recommended to arrive early on the auction day to complete the registration process and review the crop condition in person, as this can provide a competitive edge during bidding.
